On the morning of Monday, September 22, an individual in the area of Aknzainia set fire to an apartment and subsequently confined himself inside a window.
According to available information, the man was in an “abnormal” state throughout the night. After igniting the fire in the apartment located in a residential complex near the municipality of Aknzainia, he locked the door securely and retreated to the window.
