A Gulf national was found dead inside a villa in the Al-Ghandouri beach area of Tangier in the early hours of Sunday, October 5.
The deceased, a 66-year-old Saudi national, was discovered lifeless in the villa’s bathroom. Local police have intervened to conduct the necessary investigations and procedures typically followed in such cases.
The body has been transferred to the morgue, pending an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. There are unverified reports suggesting that a dose of Viagra may have contributed to the Gulf citizen’s demise.
Tangier previously experienced a similar incident, where an Emirati citizen died under “unknown” circumstances in the “Flandria” hotel on June 5.
